Fernando's, a small restaurant bar in Mahahual is one of the places frequented by locals and ex-pat's. This is the real Mexico experience, warm, friendly, inviting and accepting. With the sand floor Fernando's is like something out of a Hollywood movie set, but this is real and I miss it already.
